Bagni San Filippo is easily reached via the SR2 Cassia, or more quickly by the A1 motorway (the Autostrada del Sole). The village lies just 2 km from the SS2 Cassia, near the 162 km mark, on the stretch between San Quirico d'Orcia in Tuscany and Acquapendente in Lazio.

By train + bus

Public Transport

Intercity or regional train from Florence or Rome to Chiusi-Chianciano Terme station. From there, an Autolinee Toscane bus (line FT9) with a change at Sarteano or Piancastagnaio — the whole journey takes around 2 hours, and the service runs roughly four times a week.
